Preparations

Here I am preparing for my second stay in Venice. Just six weeks this time - couldn't face Carvial again! I am staying in a different apartment next year, but not far away from my previous one. I will still have the vaporetto stops of Accademia and the Zattere as my local stops along with Salute.


This is a photo of my apartment building - mine is the three windows on the left on the fist floor.
The living room has dual aspect windows and overlooks the garden of a palazzo. It is colourful and spacious and I think I will be happy here.

I leave Saturday 2nd January so watch after then for what I am up to. The second week I am there I am helping with the pantomime Cinderella and am on orange alert to play the part of Fairy Twinkle!! I am sure there will be lots to tell you.

But before then lots to prepare..... Christmas - shopping, cards, parties, fun.
